黄连温胆汤联合盐酸氟西汀治疗卒中后抑郁的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of herbal medicinal compound combined with lfuoxetine for post-srtoke depression. Methods The investigation was subjected to random parallel control study. All patients who were admitted to the investigation were randomly divided into lfuoxetine group (n =30) and therapeutic alliance group (herbal medicinal compound combined with fluoxetine group, n = 30), lfuoxetine group patients were received lfuoxetine one tablet everyday,therapeutic alliance group were received both lfuoxetine and herbal medicinal compound twice daily. The total course treatment of the groups was four weeks. Treatment efifcacy were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) before treatment and after1、2 and 4 week treatment. Results The HAMD score of both groups decrease at the end of the frist week, The HAMD scores of therapeutic alliance group less than lfuoxetine group obviously at the end of 2nd, 4th weed (P<0.05), the MMSE score in 4th weed (P<0.05). Conclusion The efifcacy of better than that of lfuoxetine alone.关键词
