血糖仪在观察室的应用

Abstract
Objective To summarize the effects of glucometer and care interventions in observation room. Methods 37 cases with diabetes for infusional therapy, selected from December 2011 to March 2013 in observation room, were detected blood glucose by Howard Johnson stable times superior type OneTouch UltraVue glucose meter. Measurement process and results of blood glucose were observed, factors and nursing interventions were analysised. Results The nurses complished glucose meter operation in accordance with instructions, 36 cases were successfully completed with blood glucose testing, one patient was not completed with blood glucose testing because of expired test strips. The accuracy of detection was 97.30%,and there were no abnormal complications during treatment in observation room. Conclusion Nurses who mastered application of glucometer and nursing interventions could ensure the basic guarantee for patients with diabetes to monitor blood glucose.关键词
