195例漏斗胸患者16种人格因素问卷测试结果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the mental health status and personality character of patients with pectus excavatum, to supply important basis of comprehensive treatment scheme of Biopsychosocial. Methods The data extracted from 195 voluntary patients by sixteen personality factor questionnaire (16PF) effectively in department of thoracic surgery of our hospital between 2009 to 2011, and it was compared with Chinese norm for adults. Results There were signiifcant differences in average raw score of dominance, abstractedness, vigilance, rule-consciousness, liveliness, openness to change between male patients and Chinese norm (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and in warmth, abstractedness, vigilance, rule-Consciousness, liveliness, openness to change between female ones and norm (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The level of psychosomatic health of patients with pectus excavatum is worse than those of healthy people, and their personality character is obvious. So it is important for the patients making psychological test before and after the operation to develop a reasonable treatment.关键词
