Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application of the treatment method of optimization scheme of peripheral neuropathy. Methods 189 patients with peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from 2011 January to 2012 January were randomly divided into the observation group of patients 95 cases, 94 cases in the control group, patients in the control group used routine treatment, patients in the observation group application optimization of treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results In the control group, the outcome was excellent in 5 cases, good in 68 cases curative effect, poor in 21 cases, the excellent and good rate was 77.66%;The curative effect of therapeutic group was excellent in 67 cases, effect 22 cases good, bad curative effect in 6 cases, the excellent and good rate was 93.68%, the curative effect of therapeutic group was signiifcantly higher than that of control group, the excellent and good rate, and has signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of optimization schemes in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy has exact clinical curative effect, improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of clinical use.关键词
