经皮微创内固定对胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效评价

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation of tibial Pilon fracture. Methods:The treatment group in 42 cases of patients with tibia Pilon fracture in our hospital from October 2008 to November 2010. Results:The patients in the observation group ankle score the excellent and good rate was 81%, the incidence of complications was 9.5%;the control group, the excellent and good rate was 61.9%, the incidence of complications was 28.6%, the observation group postoperative ankle score was significantly better than the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the latter;observation group, the average healing time of (14.6±3.2) months, the control group (17.1±4.6) months, fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group. Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous fixation can effectively improve the patients with fracture of tibial Pilon ankle function score, shorten the time of bone healing, and low rate of complications, is a safe and effective treatment modality.关键词
