医院信息技术运维管理的分析与研究OACSTPCD
Analysis and research on hospital IT operation management
目的：基于信息技术(IT)基础架构库管理标准，设计适合医院的IT运维管理模式。方法：分析目前医院IT运维普遍存在的问题，并基于信息技术基础设施库(ITIL)理论体系对医院运维管理系统进行研究，提出可行的运维管理流程。结果：设计适合医院的IT运维管理模式及系统，规范服务，提高效率，实现IT运维管理部门的高效运行。结论：医院信息化建设的不断发展，使得IT运维管理日益复杂，有效利用运维资源，提高运维效率，以及合理的运维流程，已成为医院医疗业务安全稳定的关键。
Objective: To design IT running and maintenance system which is fitable in hospital by the information technology infrastructure library standard. Methods:To analyze the problems in operational maintenance IT management.
