Abstract
Objective: According to problems of conventional laparoscopic operation and the natural channel laparoscopic operation, we independently developed a set of single hole with four channel laparoscopic operation auxiliary device. Methods: This unit is made of medical silicone rubber, through clinical trial testing such problems like tightness, safety, thermal stability, biological compatibility. Results: Sixty-five cases experienced surgery successfully without intra-operative conversion. Conclusion:The homemade single-site laparoscopic device is cheap with preferable maneuverability and availability. It should be applied popularly.关键词
