摘要
Abstract
This paper briefly introduces the process of Siemens accelerator in the use of a few cases of failure, and gives the maintenance method and the analysis of the fault, but also part of the working principle and the produce of the cause of the failure are analyzed. So we can better guarantee the smooth running of the accelerator, improve the utilization rate of the accelerator, reduce machine failure, better service for the patient.关键词
