摘要

Abstract

Objective: Optimal design of clinical gene diagnosis laboratory, ensure the gene amplification testing quality and protect biological safety, and accumulated a lot of experience and method for the design and improvement of future related laboratory. Methods: By reasonable structural transformation and arrangement to achieve clinical genetic diagnostic laboratories zoning requirements. Relying on the ventilation system of each experiment operating area, each operation achieved a relative buffer zone to form a relatively negative pressure to each chamber airflow unidirectional flow. It achieved a one-way flow of sample templates and reagents through fixed each room staff and setting up room transfer window. Results:Optimal design of clinical genetic diagnostic laboratories improves the accuracy of the test results in the experimental steps about samples, templates, reagents, etc. which easy to be affected by aerosol pollution. It reduces infectious pathogens may cause harm to health of staff and pollution of environment in samples to be tested, and therefore to ensure the accuracy of test results and biological safety of personnel and environmental. Conclusion:By design allows laboratories to achieve a reasonable layout, easy to use, system-equipped to ensure the accuracy of the results of genetic diagnosis and bio-security.
