Abstract
Objective: To investigate the spinal cord injury with neurons of patients with bladder dysfunction and the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. Methods:Retrospective Methods from January 2011 to December 2012 among 50 cases of spinal cord injury associated with neuronal dysfunction in patients with bladder comprehensive rehabilitation nursing methods of analysis, and analyze its application results. Results:The investigation and analysis of the physical function of patients were already restored, and the effect is obvious. Complete spinal cord injury patients with bladder capacity, residual urine volume and urinary catheters time was (274.2±121.3)mL, (99.4±43.2) mL,(155.2±112.4)d; incomplete spinal cord injury patients bladder capacity, residual urine volume and urinary catheters time was (421.2±66.9)mL, (38.3±13.2)mL, (41.4±3.6)d. Conclusion: Spinal cord injury associated with neuron bladder dysfunction implement comprehensive rehabilitation care with good results, can effectively improve bladder dysfunction, and improve the clinical effect of rehabilitation.关键词
