多间距视网膜表面微电极阵列设计与特性测试
Design and feature test of multi-distance epi-retinal microelectrode
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the design and fabrication of epi-retinal microelectrode array for the retain vision of RP and AD patients, multi-distance flexible electrode array was designed and fabricated. Electro-chemical feature test of the array was performed.Methods:Parylene with flexibility and biocompatibility was used as substrate material and Au was used as electrode material. Multi-distance microelectrode array was designed and fabricated, and then mechanical property and flexibility of the array were tested.Results: Mechanical property and flexible test results showed that the fabricated microelectrode array fulfilled the design requirement.Conclusion: The designed and fabricated array can be put into animal experiment for optimization design of the array by obtaining in vivo electro-physiological test results.关键词
