摘要
Abstract
Objective:To provide a basis for proper use of BD FACSAriaIII flow cytometer by analyzing the related causes of its malfunction.Methods: Through study of using BD FACSAriaIII flow cytometer in core facilities of State Key Laboratory of Experimental Hematology in 2012-2013, frequently occurred malfunction, solved malfunction by manufacturer’s engineers and their causes and solutions are summarized.Results: To provide guidance of using high throughput cell sorters and improve the stability of running the instrument.Conclusion: Proper use and good repair helps to guarantee the normal operation of BD FACSAriaIII flow cytometer.关键词
