摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of hypertension Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of COPD with the. Methods 178 cases with COPD in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 February were analyzed for the diagnosis and treatment of comorbid hypertension patients, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 89 cases, control group were treated with nifedipine treatment, the observation group were treated with amlodipine besylate by reserpine treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 92.1%, while the control group was 72.9%s, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05), the adverse reaction rate of observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of COPD with the clinical effect of hypertension significantly less side effects.关键词
