摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of probucol on diabetic nephropathy,as a reference for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of diabetic nephropathy in clinical,were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given hypoglycemic, hypotensive,lipid-lowering and antiplatelet aggregation and other conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group based on conventional therapy,plus probucol treatment,two patients were treated for 3 months,the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment of blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid, C-reaction protein and urinary protein levels summary,probucol on diabetic nephropathy treatment effect. Results before treatment,no significant difference between the two groups of patients with laboratory indexes;after treatment,blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids and urinary protein excretion in the patients of the two groups were decreased,but the observation group were close to normal level more than the control urine albumin and C- reactive protein group(P<0.05),was statistically significant differences in the observation group,the treatment effect is better. Conclusion the effect of probucol on patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria has good treatment effect,and worth of clinical application.关键词
