摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate nedaplatin and docetaxel combined with radiotherapy inoperable esophageal year efficacy and toxicity. Methods 100 cases of patients with inoperable esophageal cancer to stay in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each was 50 cases.Both groups were concurrent radiotherapy therapy,chemotherapy control group for the DDP+5 Fu, the observation group was nedaplatin + chemotherapy docetaxel,compared clinical efficacy,DLL4 protein before and after treatment with VEGF protein expression,life quality,and the incidence of side effects and so on. Results (1)Control group,clinical total effective rate was 58%in the observation group clinical total effective rate was 76%, with significant differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01); (2) the control group before and after treatment DLL4 protein and VEGF protein expression was no significant difference(P>0.05),both before and after treatment was observed positive expression rate has a significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), and the observation group after treatment compared with the control group, these indicators after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);(3)control group,the total incidence of toxicities 34% in the observation group was 16%,with significant differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nedaplatin and docetaxel combined with radiotherapy inoperable esophageal cancer earlier short-term effect is significant, relatively low toxicity,it is worth to be promoted in clinical and applied.关键词
