Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Shenlingbaizhupowder combined with mesalazine treating ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach qi deficiency. Methods 96 patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach qi deficiency treated in our hospital from February 2009 to March 2013 were divided into the regular group(48 patients) and the control group(48 patients). Patients in the regular group were treated with mesalazine sustained-release tablets. Patients in the control group were treated with Shenlingbaizhupowder combined with mesalazine. The curative effects between the two groups were compared and analysed. Results There were 32 (66.67%)patients in the control group whose curative effects were good, The rate was significantly higher than that in the regular group [ 14/48(29.17%)]. The effective rate of the control group was 87.50%, significantly higher than 68.75% of the regular group. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenlingbaizhupowder combined with mesalazine treating ulcerative colitis of spleen stomach qi deficiency has significantly curative effect and has fewer adverse reactions. It is worth of further popularization and application.关键词
