Abstract
Objective To explore clinical value of health education in controlling DM and preventing DM Complications. Methods 120 cases of DM patients in our hospital from Apr. 2010 to Apr. 2012 were choiced and were divided into observed group(60 cases) and compared group(60 cases). The method of regular Education was used in compared group.The method of health education was used in observed group.Occurance rate of DM Complications was compared in the two group DM patients. Results The compliance of DM patients in observed group were 5.0%(cataract),0(ketoacidosis)and 3.3%(nephropathies). The compliance of DM patients in compared group were 5.0%(cataract),0(ketoacidosis)and 8.3%(nephropathies). They were obvious differdnce. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The compliance assessment of health education group are better than compared group. Application of health education in patients with diabetes can not only improve the patients' cognitive level,then help patients prevent and control DM complications.The method is significant in clinic and we will use it in wide range.关键词
