12例人工颈椎间盘置换治疗体会OA
Analysis of curative effect after the artificial cervical disc prosthesis
目的探讨使用MOBI-C人工颈椎间盘置换术的应用方法及早期疗效。方法对12例患者施行人工颈椎间盘置换，脊髓椎病8例，神经根型4例，记录术前及术后VAS、JOA、NDI评分，及手术前后置换间隙与临近间隙椎间隙高度、活动度，使用t检验进行数据分析。结果术后末次随访VAS、JOA、NDI评分结果分别为（1.92±1.53）、（15.33±0.78）、（7.5±2.5），与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；置换节段椎间隙高度及活动度与术前相比统计…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the curative effect in single-level cervical spondylosis by using artificial cervical disc prosthesis.
