Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Fuke Zhixue mixture on the blooding and clotting time, plasma recalcification time, capillary permeability, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into blank control, Gongxuening and Fuke Zhixue mixture group, routine administration of 1 week after the test indexes. Results In the Fuke Zhixue mixture group,blood clotting time, plasma recalcification time were significantly shortened than the other two groups, capillary permeability decreased, there was significant difference (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Fuke Zhixue mixture can shorten the bleeding, clotting time and plasma recalcification time, reduce capillary permeability, promote blood clotting, reduce inflammation, which is effective in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and improve the clinical symptoms.关键词
