目的：评价苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与替米沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取于2011年3月～2013年5月在我院门诊就诊的120例高血压患者作为研究对象，并随机分为施慧达单用组（A组，n=40），替米沙坦单用组（B组，n=40）以及施慧达与替米沙坦联用组（C组，n=40）三组，比较三组高血压患者经相应药物治疗4周后的有效性和安全性。结果三组原发性高血压患者经各自不同药物治疗4周后，C组血压较A组和B组进一步下降，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.0…查看全部>>
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Levamlodipine besylate and telmisartan in patients with primary hypertension.
