摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of telmisartan on IR and blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods 50 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were divided into control group(hypoglycemic treatment+perindopril) and experimental group(hypoglycemic treatment+telmisartan), the efficacy of two groups were compared after 14 weeks. Results After 14 weeks of treatment, no significant difference was observed in FBS,SBP, DBP between two groups(P > 0.05), but there were significant difference in Fins, HOMA-IR between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Telmisartan has a significant effects on treating diabetes mellitus and hypertension, it can significantly improve the insulin resistance in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension, which is worthy of clinical widely.关键词
