Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children. Methods 94 children with asthmatic attack in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were randomly selected. There were 49 children of the experimental group and 45 children of the control group. The children in two groups were given oxygen uptake,eliminating phlegm, spasmolysis and anti-infective conventional basic therapy. The experimental group were added compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension treatment on the basis of above methods;the control group were only given budesonide.The efficacy of two groups were observed after a course of treatment(5 days for a course of treatment). Results After the treatment, the symptoms of two groups had both improved, and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and which is worthy of clinical promotion widely.关键词
