中医治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods Eighty cases with chronic cholecystitis from September 2011 to May 2012 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, namely the observation group (45 cases) and the control group (35 cases). The patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, while the patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The therapeutic effect of patients in two groups were compared. Results By adopting different treatment methods, the total effective rate of the control group was 65.7%, the cure rate was only 34.3%; The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%, the cure rate was 60.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis has satisfactory clinical effect, and low incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment, and is reliable and safe.关键词
