Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative health education of patients with esophageal cardia cancer. Methods 140 patients with esophageal cardia cancer in 2011 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the education method. Relevant nursing pathway chart was developed to conduct health education for the experimental group; The control group received conventional health education. The two groups were compared. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the acquisition of disease knowledge, treatment and nursing compliance, and satisfaction survey (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative health education of patients with esophageal cardia cancer, the application of clinical nursing pathway shows remarkable effect.关键词
