摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the care intervention methods of medication management of community elderly hypertensive patients. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients who had been treated in the Community Health Center from February, 2010 to February, 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The differences between of the medication management level and the rate of blood pressure control of the two groups patients before the intervention were not statistically significant (P > 0.05); After the intervention, compared to the control group, the medication management level and the rate of blood pressure control of patients in the observation group were higher, the difference was significant statistical significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The care intervention methods of medication management of community elderly hypertensive patients can significantly improve the patient's medication management level and blood pressure control rate, it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.关键词
