Abstract
Clinical practice is an important part of higher medical education and also a key link of training qualified medical talents.Aiming at the current status of clinical practice teaching and the personnel training requirements of local medical colleges,our school has conducted a series of reform regarding the teaching mode,curriculum system,teaching content and emphasis,and teaching methods.The results show that as the teaching reform deepens continuously,the teaching effect improves continuously.Deepening educational reform is an important guarantee of improving personnel training quality.关键词
