Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze ECG diagnosis features and the role in the diagnosis in patients with acute pulmonary embolism in our hospital. Methods 50 cases of patients with acute pulmonary embolism were examined by ECG before treatment, admitted to our hospital from July 2010 to March 2012, the application of ECG examination was observed in clinical treatment. Results It was found that the change of ECG was in 93% of patients with acute pulmonary embolism after ECG examination, and the reasons for change were mainly sinus, right bundle branch conduction block type, pulmonary P wave and SⅠQⅡTⅢ. Conclusion The examination of ECG can not consider as medical diagnosis, although in the examination of ECG in patients with acute pulmonary embolism. The characteristics of ECG examination on patients with acute pulmonary embolism, has a certain clinical value in differential diagnosis and clinical significance at present.关键词
