Abstract
Objective To study the effect and application value of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection for the treatment of clinical pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods The general datas of 240 patients suffering from pregnancy-induced hypertension were retrospectively analysed, and 240 patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of being admitted to hospital successively and control.Each were 120 cases respectively.A course in both groups was 7 days.Two groups were given the conventional step-down,expansion treatment. Patients in control group were given intravenous magnesium sulfate treatment,and patients in treatment group were added with intravenous drip of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection for treatment. Clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were observed and analysed. Results Adverse reaction in control group was observed in 14 cases in the treatment process,and the incidence was 11.7%.Adverse reaction in treatment group was observed in 4 cases in the treatment process, and the incidence was 3.3%. The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was obviously lower than control group (x2=6.01,P<0.05);The clinical total effective rate in control group after treatment was 83.4%,and the clinical total effective rate was 93.4%in treatment group.The therapy effect of treatment group was better than control group(x2= 5.82,P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of clinical use of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection treating pregnancy-induced hypertension was significant,and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection can significantly improve the signs and symptoms of a pregnant woman,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application for further research.关键词
