毫火针治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤32例

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of milli-fire needle therapy for old sprain of ankle. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 32 cases were treated with milli-fire needle therapy,while the control group of 30 cases were treated with conventional filiform needle acupuncture therapy. Results After 2 courses of treatment,the Ridit statistics analysis showed that the Ridit average value of the treatment group was 0.6209,the control group was 0.3709;the 95% confidence interval of Ridit average value in the treatment group was 0.5188,0.7230,the control group was 0.2655,0.4763,the 95% confidence interval of two groups did not overlap,and the R treatment group was greater than the R control group,so the effect of the treatment group was better. Conclusion Milli-fire needle therapy for old sprain of ankle has significant effect and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
