Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on blood sugar and negative emotion of GDM patients. Methods The control group had 80 GDM patients. The intervention group had 86 GDM patients. The control group was nursed by routine care and the intervention group was nursed by comprehensive nursing intervention.Then blood glucose and negative emotion were observed before and after intervention. Results Before intervention blood glucose of the two groups was no significant difference(P > 0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2h after meals glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the intervention group were lower than the control group,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention SAS and SDS scores of two groups were no significant differences(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce blood sugar levels of GDM women and ease their negative emotions.关键词
