摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological impact of clinical application of Doula accompany delivery. Methods 160 cases of delivery puerpera from January 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each of 80 cases,study group were givern doula accompany delivery,and control group were given conventional delivery,the WHO criteria were used to evaluate pain pain conditions during delivery,and the questionnaire surveys were used to evaluate maternal psychological status. Results The maternal psychological condition of study group was stable,maternal worry,anxiety,fear incidence was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant;intrapartum pain of observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The total labor,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and cesarean section rate of two groups compared,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Doula accompany delivery can effectively alleviate the psychological pressure of women during delivery,which will help for labor stages progress,is a positive and healthy mode of delivery,it is worth application.关键词
