Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Trimetazidine combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods 140 Cases of viral myocarditis were divided into control group and treatment group with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Trimetazidine combined with Shenmai Injection on the conventional treatment based. Two groups of patients were treated for four weeks.The curative effect and the changes of the plasma BNP and CRP levels were observed. Results The effectiveness of the treatment group was 94.29%,74.29% in control group, the difference is remarkable (x2 =5.285,P<0.05). After treatment,the decreased plasma BNP, CRP of the treatment group were higher level than the control group. Conclusion It can achieve more significant clinical efficacy that Trimetazidine combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis, it is used in clinical practice.关键词
