摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of modified transradial coronary intervention in reducing radial artery complications. Methods A total of 1354 patients were divided into the ordinary group (transradial coronary intervention group) and the modified method group (modified transradial coronary intervention group) according to the random table method.The radial artery complications of the two groups were observed. Results The modified group was significantly lower than the ordinary group in the incidences of severe complications such as cerebral infarction and radial artery occlusion;The modified group was also significantly lower than the ordinary group in the incidences of ordinary complications such as forearm hematoma,vagal reflex,radial artery spasm and pseudoaneurysm not requiring surgery.No osteofascial syndrome or pseudoaneurysm requiring surgery appeared in either group. Conclusion Modified transradial coronary intervention can effectively avoid the occurrence of severe radial artery complications.关键词
