Effect of compound Danshen dripping pill on B-type natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein of patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dripping pill on B-type natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein of patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure admitted into our hospital from January to December 2010 were as the objects of study,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group had 40 patients.Twenty healthy adults were chose as the normal control group.The two groups were given regular basic treatment,while the treatment group was given compound Danshen dripping pill on the basis of regular basic treatment.The detecting indicators of cardiac function of patients in two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results (1) The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the detecting indicators of cardiac function of patients in the treatment group after the treatment were closer to normal levels of healthy adults,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using compound Danshen dripping pill in the treatment of patients with diabetes B combined with chronic heart failure has good effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
