摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of breast milk jaundice. Methods One hundred patients with breast milk jaundice were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups;The treatment group received 5 mL of oral Yinzhihuang liquid per time and twice per day;The control group received 20 mL of 5%to 10%glucose solution made from baby glucose powder per time and 3 times per day.One treatment course consisted of 7 days. Results In the treatment group,17 patients were cured,29 patients improved and 4 patients were ineffective;In the control group,9 patients were cured,18 patients improved and 23 patients were ineffective.There existed statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid is safe and effective in the treatment of breast milk jaundice.关键词
