中西医结合治疗糖尿病足63例
Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic foot 63 cases

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of the treating diabetic foot in the integrative medicine. Methods 63 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 32 cases and control group 31 cases. The basic therapy of both groups is the same, western medicine treatment. The treatment group was given the BuyangHuanwudecoction. Results The total effective rate was 90.6%in the treatment group and in the control group the total effective rate was 64.5%. Compared the control group and treatment group, the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group is better than that of control group in clinical effect(P<0.05). Conclusion Treating diabetic foot with the BuyangHuanwudecoction can significantly improve efficacy.关键词
