摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of shenqidihuang decoction combined with hormone and glucosidorum tripterygll totorum in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods Seventy patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome in our hospital during January 2010 to January 2013 were selected, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to its therapeutic methods, each group had 35 patients. The two groups were treated with glucosidorum tripterygll totorum and methylprednisolone tablets for 6 months,and the observation group was added shenqidihuang decoction for 6 months,the clinical curative effect of two groups were evaluated. Results The differences were statistically significant on the 24h urine protein quantitative, plasma albumin, serum creatinine in the observation group between before and after treatment(the t value was 7.4,6.5,5.2 respectively,while the corresponding p value was 0.018,0.023,0.031 respectively); The differences were statistically significant on the 24h urine protein quantitative, plasma albumin, serum creatinine in the control group between before and after treatment(the t value was 7.7,6.1,5.9 respectively,while the corresponding p value was 0.014,0.025,0.033 respectively); The improvement of 24h urine protein quantitative, plasma albumin,serum creatinine after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups(the t value was 6.4,7.3,5.5 respectively, while the corresponding p value was 0.023,0.015,0.038 respectively); The TCM symptom score before treatment in the observation group and the control group was 24.3±5.6,24.8±4.8 respectively, while after treatment was 12.2±3.6,18.5±5.4 respectively,the TCM symptom score in the observation group reduced significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenqi dihuang decoction in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome has significant improvement on proteinuria, serum creatinine and other indicators of patients,can improve patients‘quality of life,and is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
