摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect for chronic heart failure treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 86 patients with chronic heart failure collected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into 43 cases of western medicine group given conventional Western medicine treatment and 43 cases of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results Compared with western medicine group, the TCM syndrome score, basic heart rate, 6 minutes walking test, LVEF in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group after the treatment improved significantly(P < 0.05). The total effective rate of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic heart failure treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
