Experiences of nursing for chronic pulmonary heart disease

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the experiences of nursing for chronic pulmonary disease. Methods 172 patients with chronic pulmonary disease received treatment in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given routine nursing and observation group was given comprehensive nursing with air passage nursing complication nursing infection nursing and family guidance on basis of routine nursing. Curative effects and satisfaction degrees after treatment of both groups were compared. Results (1)Total effective rate of observation group was 95.3% and control group was 77.9% (P<0.05). (2) Satisfaction degree of observation group was 100.0% and control group was 67.4% (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for chronic pulmonary heart disease can not only obviously improve cardio-pulmonary function of patients but also improve their life qualities.关键词
