高血压患者应用健康教育的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of health education of patients with hypertensive. Methods The health education content such as cognitive education,emphasis on sports instruction, strengthening dietary guidance,details medication guidance, psychological attention and focuses on regular follow-up were carried out for hypertensive patients or their families by using individual guidance, focused advocacy,physical information,follow-up forms. Results The awareness rate of hypertension prevention and control knowledge of patients or their families was 85.5%;The unhealthy life style change showed that the high salt and high fat diet limit accounted for 83.1%,regular exercise accounted for 80.9%,non-smoking and alcohol limit accounted for 51.9%,weight control accounted for 77.9%and blood pressure control rate was 92.1%;The medication compliance was 88.0%. Conclusion Health education can improve hypertension prevention knowledge awareness of patients or their families,change the patient's unhealthy life style and improve the patient's blood pressure control rate and medication compliance.关键词
