Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of total hip arthroplasty and cannulated screw fixation in treatment of femoral neck fracture,to provide a reference for clinical treatment methods options. Methods From January 2010 to 2012 in January in our hospital,62 cases of femoral neck fracture patients for the study,of which 32 cases accepted THR established as A group, included 19 males and 13 females, and the remaining 30 cases accepted line hollow screw fixation established as B group, included 18 males and 12 females, the average operative time, mean intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ambulation time, fractures healing time, the average length of stay and the surgical results were evaluated and compared between two groups, and observed the complications. Results The average operative time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation time, fracture healing time and the average hospital stay of A group patients compared with the control group, there were significant differences or extremely significant differences (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The total effective rate of A group was 96.9%,the effective rate of B group was 80%,total there was a significant difference of the the effective rate between two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion Total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture surgery is better than cannulated screw fixation, has fewer complications, postoperative patients recover quickly, and it worthy of promotion and application.关键词
