肺源性心脏病合并冠心病75例临床分析
Analysis on 75 cases of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease. Methods Seventy-five cases of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease admitted into our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 75 cases of cor pulmonale admitted during the corresponding period were selected as the control group. The clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results In the observation group, the clinical manifestations and ECG results were angina (84.0%), palmus (92.0%), myocardial infarction (17.3%), heart border enlarging toward left (28.0%), dyspnea (57.3%), ischemic ST-T changes (84.0%), left axis deviation (33.3%), bundle branch block (18.7%) and old myocardial infarction (14.7%), which had significant differences compared with in the control group(P < 0.05). After the effective treatment, the patients of two groups recovered well without serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease is a complex disease which has many clinical manifestations. So, timely and effective diagnosis and treatment plays an important role in patients of cor pulmonale combined with coronary heart disease.关键词
