小儿感冒片质量标准研究
Quality standard for pediatric cold tablets
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the method for identification of artificial bezoar; To establish a HPLC notopterygium, angelica imperatorin, isoimperatorin method for the determination. Methods Identification by TLC artificial bezoar to bile acids, hyodeoxycholic, artificial bezoar as a control substance, point injection volume was 10μL; The C18 Column, Acetonitrile- water (55 ︰ 45) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 300nm. Results UV light (365nm), under review sample spots better separation, Rf value suitable; imperatorin, isoimperatorin mixed standard solution injection quantities were reported in 0.029 328-0.879 84μg and 0.024 192-0.725 76μg range, and the peak area was a good linear relationship, imperatorin the average recovery was 99.51%, RDS=1.42%;isoimperatorin the average recovery was 98.65%, RDS=2.66%. Conclusion This method is specific, high durability, good accuracy,and easy to operate.关键词
