瑞格列奈二甲双胍缓释片的制备
Preparation of double-deck tablets of repaglinide and metformin
摘要
Abstract
Objective To design and prepare the Repaglinide and Metformin double-deck tablets. Methods The release rate was applied to optimize the prescription and preparation formulation. Result The double-deck tablets with HPMC and EC as excipients were prepared slow-release part and with NaCl and coating materials were prepared rapid-release part.Both the slow-release ablility and the rapid-release ablility of double-deck tablets were good. Conclusion The preparation of the double-deck tablets was highly feasible.关键词
