功劳木多糖的含量测定
Content determination of polysaccharides of the mahonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to make full use of the resource of mahonia to provide important raw material for producing a variety of food products, pharmaceuticals and other polysaccharides products, and then it is necessary to study content determination of polysaccharides of mahonia. Methods With hot water to get the polysaccharides in mahonia as ample as possible, using glucose as standard substance and carrying the further preliminary purification by the method of Sevag at the same time with phenol-sulfuric acid method for content determination of polysaccharides of mahonia. Results The sample was measured the content of polysaccharide was 0.689%,the recovery rate was 96.66%,RSD=0.158% (n=5). Conclusion mahonia contains a certain polysaccharide,and it can be a convenient way to determine the content of polysaccharide in it.关键词
