摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the method of the content determination of acetaminophen in compound Ganmaoling tablets by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods HPLC was performed for the determination of acetaminophen by SHIMADZU VP-ODS chromatographic column (150L×4.6mm) with a mobile phase composed of for methanol - 0.5% glacial acetic acid (20 ︰ 80) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 249 nm, and the temperature of the column was 25℃. Results The linear range of acetaminophen was from 0.0416 to 0.8320μg, r=1, and the average recovery rate was 98.4% with a RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion The operation was simple, rapid and accurate.关键词
