摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods 82 patients with cough variant asthma(CVA) in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected as research objects,and patients were randomly divided into control group(n=45) and treatment group(n=37),the control group received budesonide aerosol solely and the treatment group received budesonide aerosol in combination with montelukast sodium tablets,compared the symptom alleviating time, recurrence rate and budesonide inhalation dose before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The symptom alleviating time, recurrence rate and budesonide inhalation dose of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Take montelukast sodium for the treatment of cough variant asthma, can significantly improve lung function and clinical symptoms in patients with cough variant asthma,can also improve patient’s life quality, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.关键词
