摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of the technique to treat periphery iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm with direct thrombin injection under sonographic guidance. Methods With sonographic guidance, 9 patients who had periphery iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm underwent treatment by direct thrombin injection. Under high frequency probe color Doppler, thrombin which total dose<500 U was injected into the pseudoaneurysm lumen using 22-gauge spinal pin. After thrombosis extracted spinal needle from the pseudoaneurysm lumen. Distal pulses were monitored. Results All cases were operated successfully after the first procedure. No artery embolism complication was found, follow up all patients after surgery 1d, 7d, 30d. Conclusion For the treatment of iatrogenic pseudoaneurysms, thrombin injection under ultrasonic guidance is a safe and effective way of therapy.关键词
