格林巴利综合征患儿早期康复护理效果分析
Effect analysis of early rehabilitation nursing to Guillain-Barre syndrome children

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing to Guillain-Barre syndrome children. Methods 60 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome children in the hospital for treatment were selected for the study,they were divided into control group and research group according to the admission time.The patients in the control group were given routine care,the patients in the research group were given the routine care and rehabilitation care,then those children's life skills and muscle recovery situation were compared. Results After treatment,the life skills score of children in the research group was significantly better improved compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The hospital stay time of children in the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement of muscle strength of children in the research group after treatment was better. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively enhance the life skills and muscle strength of children with Guillain-Barre syndrome,and can also shorten their recovery cycle,it has better clinical application.关键词
