摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the work enthusiasm and influencing factors in operating room nurses. Methods 40 operating room nursing staff were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2012 as the research object,surveied the motivation and influence factors by the method of questionnaire. Results Work positive in 28 cases (70.0%),work positive generally in 8 cases (20%),work was not positive in 4 cases (10.0%).Staffing, work pressure,work load and income was the main factor affecting the operating room nursing staff's work enthusiasm. Conclusion The operating room nurses are widespread to work not satisfactory.关键词
